Funeral services for Gladys Lorraine REED BALDWIN, 84, of The Fountains at Canterbury in Oklahoma City, formerly of Sallisaw, were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Guardian North Funeral Home Chapel in Oklahoma City. Graveside services and burial were at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in Sallisaw City Cemetery. Mrs. BALDWIN was born Nov. 7, 1916, in Carthage, Mo., to Harry J. and Mabel (BROWN) REED. She died Sunday, April 29, 2001, in Oklahoma City after a lengthy illness. She married Oliver R. BALDWIN June 13, 1948, in Winfield, Kan. He preceded her in death Aug. 26, 1986. Survivors include one son, Steve; one nephew and his wife, Ron and June; Martha; and numerous sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews. Mrs. BALDWIN was also preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, the Rev. Steward REED and Harry C. REED.

Dessie Pearl BENTON, 91, of Porum died Monday, April 30, 2001, in Warner. Funeral services are being held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Porum Pentecostal Church of God, with the Revs. Bob and Carolyn Wright officiating. Burial is in Fields Cemetery in Porum, under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home in Porum. Mrs. BENTON was born Dec. 5, 1909, in Coalgate to Cal and Milly (BARNHART) JONES.  She married Jess BENTON in 1928. He preceded her in death. Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law, Earlene and Richard, and Mary Joe and James, and Stella and Leo; one sister, Beulah; one brother, Bud; 15 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. BENTON was also preceded in death by her parents; two sons, John BENTON and Sam BENTON; five brothers; two sisters; one grandson; and one great-grandson.

Memorial services for Coach Norris BYERS, 62, of Fort Smith, Ark., were held at 4 p.m. Monday, April 23, 2001, at Midland Heights United Methodist Church in Fort Smith. Coach Byers died Thursday, April 19, 2001, in his home. Survivors include his wife, Pat BYERS of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, David and Janet; one brother, Bill; two grandchildren; two aunts, Helen and Jewel; one uncle, Hubert.

Funeral  services for Arthur HURST, 87, of Keota, were held at 2 p.m. Monday at Mallory Chapel in Stigler, with the Rev. Richard Hurst officiating. Burial was in Antioch Cemetery under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home in Stigler. Mr. HURST  was born Sept. 24, 1913, in Bryan County, to William (McGUIRE) HURST. He died Monday, April 28, 2001, in Fort Smith, Ark. Survivors include his wife, Dicy Beatrice (WALTON) HURST  of the home; six daughters, Pauline Maydean, Wanda, Francis, Rosa, and Linda; three sons, Kenith and Leonard, and J.L.; 25 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and one sister, Gaylene. Mr. HURST was preceded in death by one son, Faron HURST.

A.H. GRATES, 82, of Sallisaw died Friday, April 27, 2001, in Fort Smith, Ark. He was born July 29, 1918, in St. Paul, Minn., to Hubert Conrad GRATES and Ida Marie (HOBERT) GRATES. Survivors include his wife, Rosanne (HOCKBEIN) GRATES of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, Bruce Thomas and Judy; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and one sister, June H. Services are pending at Mallory Funeral Home in Sallisaw.

Graveside services for Delia Marie GRAY, 48, of Muldrow are being held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Akins Cemetery, northeast of Sallisaw, with the Rev. J.E. Cude officiating. Mrs. GRAY was born Jan. 18, 1953, in Mena, Ark., to Archie T.B. CUDE Sr., and Mary Francis (HIGHNOTE) CUDE. She died Tuesday, May 1, 2001, in Muldrow. She married Zane Wallace GRAY Jr. Dec. 29, 1969, in Poteau. Survivors include her husband, Zane W. GRAY Jr. of the home; three daughters and two sons-in-laws, Tina and Jason and Tacia and Jesse and Cassia; five sons and three daughters-in-law, Wallace and Melissa, Jerry and Angie, Ron and Heather, and Tommy and Eric, 14 grandchildren; six sisters, Doris, Linda, Donna, Debbi, Evelyn, Frances; and three brothers, Wayne, Travis and Clark "Bud". Arrangements are under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.

Funeral services for Joseph Drew LINDSEY Sr., 57, of Roland, were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, Ark.Burial was in Roland City Cemetery under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith. Mr. LINDSEY was born Feb. 8, 1944, in Fort Smith, to Dewfus and Adele (KEAR) BURNS. He died Saturday, April 28, 2001, in a Crawford County Hospital. Survivors include his wife, Betty LINDSEY of the home; two daughters, Sandi and Tracy; one son, Joseph Jr.; three sisters, Jenevia , Melba, and Nadine; four brothers, Bill, Jack, Richard, Dennis; and many nieces and nephews. Mr. LINDSEY was preceded in death by one brother, David LINDSEY.

Graveside services for Cora Eveline LONG, 97, of Sallisaw were  held at 2 p.m. Monday at Akins Cemetery, northeast of Sallisaw, with the Rev. Jerry Green officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. LONG was born Oct. 31, 1903, in Gans, Indian Territory, to William Marion JACKSON and Cora Adeline (WHITE) JACKSON.She died Friday, April 27, 2001, in Vian. She married James Arthur LONG Feb. 26, 1921, in Sallisaw. He preceded her in death Nov. 13, 1955. Survivors include one son, James "Peanut" ; two daughters, Helen and June; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. Mrs. LONG was preceded in death by three brothers; one sister; and one great-grandchild.

David John McCLURE, 61, of Van Buren, Ark., died Tuesday, May 1, 2001, in a Fayetteville, Ark., hospital. Funeral services are being held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Ocker Funeral Home Memorial Chapel in Van Buren. Burial is in Graceland Cemetery in Van Buren, under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home. Survivors include two sons and one daughter-in-law, Bill and Steve and Loretta; his father, Clarence; three brothers, Dennis, Darrell and Rickey; and two grandchildren.

Graveside services for James G. MARTIN, 70, of Roland, were held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, at Barling, Ark., with Bishop Don Harrison officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Muldrow. Mr. MARTIN was born Feb. 19, 1931, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Ezekiel Thomas and Lula Zoda (ESTES) MARTIN. He died Friday, April 27, 2001, in Roland. Mr. MARTIN married Gloria A. BOHANON Jan. 14, 1978, in Jeffersonville, Ind.Survivors include his wife Gloria MARTIN of the home; one daughter, Linda; three sons, Tom, Jimmy and Brian; eight grandchildren; two sisters, Marylea and Bernice; two brothers, Ray and Billy; and several other relatives and friends.

Graveside services for Sula Jean PHILLIPS, 67, of Roland, were held at 10 a.m. Monday at Roland City Cemetery, with the Rev. Tom Patterson officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Roland. Mrs. PHILLIPS was born Oct. 12, 1933, in Van Buren, Ark., to Columbus Edward Gantt and Leona Almeda (COLE) GANTT. She died Friday, April 27, 2001, in Fort Smith, Ark. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Danny and betty; four grandchildren; and four sisters, Anna, Lois, Estelle and Arvelle. Mrs. PHILLIPS was preceded in death by one son, Rickey EARP; four grandchildren, Richard, Christopher, Patrick and Drew EARP; her parents; two brothers, Curtis and Delbert GANTT; and one sister, Christine GANTT. 

Private memorial services for James Edward "Jim" RHOTON, 60, of Gore, were held and cremation was under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Gore. Mr. RHOTON was born April 26, 1941, in Big Stone Gap, Va., to Henry and Leoda (REYNOLDS) RHOTON. He died Friday, April 27, 2001, in Sallisaw. He married Patricia Marie GONYAN Dec. 27,1973, in New Boston, Mich. Survivors include his wife Pat RHOTON of the home; one daughter, Audrey ; one son, Joshua; one sister, Regina; and one granddaughter.

David Wayne CALCOTE, 44, of Strayhorn, Miss., formerly of Vian, died Wednesday, March 28, 2001, at Baptist-DeSoto hospital in Southhaven, Miss. Funeral services were held Sunday, April 1, in C.O. Pate Funeral Home in Senatobia, Miss., with Jimmy Colvett officiating. Randy Gant gave the eulogy. Burial was in Bethesda Cemetery in Senatobia, under the direction of C.O. Pate Funeral Home. Survivors include his wife, Debra CALCOTE; four daughters, Michelle, Natasha, Audrea, and Paula; his mother, Vina Lou; one sister, Debbie; two brothers, Tony and Jackie; and three grandchildren.

Graveside services for Clyde Dale WADLEY, 72, of Sallisaw are being held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Sixkiller Cemetery in Afton, with the Rev. George Vaughn officiating. Mr. WADLEY was born April 5, 1929, in Tulsa County, to William Clyde WADLEY and Mary M. (TAYLOR) WADLEY. He died Thursday, May 3, 2001, at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa. He married Joyce SULLINS Sept. 11, 1970, at Hutchinson, Kan. Survivors include his wife, Joyce of the home; one daughter, Dalene; one stepdaughter, Sharon; two stepsons, Steven and Mark; two sisters, LaVaughna and Ramona; one brother, delvin Earnest; one sister-in-law, Juanita; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Mr. WADLEY was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Clyde Dale WADLEY Jr.; and one brother, Billy Joe WADLEY. Arrangements are under the direction of Burckhalter Funeral Home in Vinita.

Burial was in Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Muldrow, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Muldrow. Mrs. FARGO was born Dec. 21, 1915, in Muldrow, to Everett Lamont "E.L." MIZE and Birtie Bell (COLE) MIZE. She died Saturday, May 5, 2001, in Sallisaw. She married Woodrow Wilson "W.W." FARGO March 4, 1938, in Van Buren, Ark.Survivors include her husband, Woodrow "W.W." of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Wanell and Tommy; one son and daughter-in-law, Wilson and Judy; four grandchildren;six great-grandchildren; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Charlie and Evelyn and Robert and Ruby; one sister and brother-in-law, Cornelia and Robison; three sisters-in-law, Loretta, Helen and LaVonne; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and other relatives.

Floyd Lynn GETSINGER 85, of Fort Smith, Ark., died Tuesday, may 8, 2001, in a local hospital. Graveside services are being held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of Putman Funeral Home in Fort Smith. Survivors include his wife, Alfreda of the home; two daughters, Barbara and Susan; one son, Gary; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.  

Paul Dean GILLET, 62, of Fort Smith, Ark., died Friday, May 4, 2001, in a local hospital. Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. Monday at Newberry Chapel cemetery in Alma, Ark., under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren, Ark. Survivors include one sister, Lucille; and four brothers, Bill, Ray, Tommy and Jim.

Kenneth Eugene HOLMES, 68, of Osceola, Iowa, died Saturday, April 21, 2001, at the Iowa Veteran's Home in Marshalltown, Iowa. Memorial services were held on May 12, 2001, at the Francis Street First United Methodist Church in St. Joseph, Mo. Burial will be at a later date at the Mount Hope Cemetery in Mounds City, Mo., under the direction of Meierhoffer Family Funeral Service in St. Joseph, Mo. Mr. HOLMES was born March 20, 1933, in Holt County, Mo., to Harvey and Ruby HOLMES. He married Meredith McMAHAN on Oct. 20, 1960. The were later divorced . He married Rita WHARFF on Nov. 4, 1986.  Survivors include his wife, Rita of Altoona, Iowa; one daughter and son-in-law, Connie and Raymond C.; two grandchildren; one brother, Wendell; his stepmother, Frances; three stepsons, Bill, Mark, and John; one stepdaughters, Karen; six step-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchildren. Mr. HOLMES was preceded in death by his parents.

Eugene F. "Wendy" JONES, 84, of Arkoma died Sunday, May 6, 2001, in Arkoma. Funeral services are being held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith, Ark. Burial is in Steep Hill Cemetery in Fort Smith, under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home in Fort Smith. Survivors include his wife, Lucille JONES; one daughter, Karen; one grandchild; and one great-grandchild. Mr. JONES was preceded in death by one son, Charles Buck JONES.

Graveside services for Stephen MOSBY, 49, of Spiro were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at New Hope Cemetery in Spiro, with the Rev. Phillip Pevehouse officiating. Mr. MOSBY was born March 24, 1952, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Arthur and Wanda (WELDON) MOSBY. He died Saturday, May 5, 2001, in Tulsa. Survivors include five nieces and nephews, Kelli, Amy, Tammy, Scott, and Jody; one brother and sister-in-law, David and Mildred; and his stepmother, Cathalene. Mr. MOSBY was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Terry MOSBY. Arrangements were under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home in Spiro.

Ronnie Joe NOYES, 58, of Skiatook died Sunday, May 6, 2001, at his home. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood, Ark. Burial was in Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Abbott, Ark., under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home. Survivors include his wife, Carol NOYES of the home; one daughter, Kimberly; two stepdaughters, Carrie and Lorrie; one son, Gary; one sister, Patsy; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Mr. NOYES was preceded in death by two brothers; his parents; and one son, Scotty NOYES.

Burial was in Akins Cemetery, northeast of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mr. PAGE was born Feb. 12, 1927, in Laconia, N.H., to Harold Gale PAGE and Etta (DAY) PAGE. He died Friday, May 4, 2001, in Sallisaw. He married Willie Belle "Sue" MASHBURN Nov. 9, 1983, in Sapulpa. She preceded him in death Jan. 21, 2001. Survivors include one son, Carl Gale; two daughters, Clare and Patricia; two stepdaughters, Barbara and Susan; two stepsons, Robert and Raymond; 15 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Burial was in Belfonte Cemetery, north of Muldrow, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Muldrow. Mr. WEAVEL was born March 27, 1919, in Stilwell, to Albert and Dora (VANN) WEAVEL. He died Saturday, May 5, 2001, in Roland. He married Edna Mae KEITH March 26, 1993, in the Belefonte community.Survivors include his wife, Edna WEAVEL of the home; three daughter, Margie, Geraldine, and Katherine; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; four stepdaughters, Carolyn, Sue, Betty and Nancy; five stepsons, James H., Bill, E.J., David and Jack; and one sister, Louella.

Mrs. COOK was born Sept. 15, 1921, in Bushton, Kan., to James smiley KINSEY and Beulah (CAPPS) KINSEY. She died Thursday, May 10, 2001, at her home. She married Ralph COOK June 2, 1940, in Fort Smith, Ark. He preceded her in death. Survivors include two daughters, Elizabeth "Betty" and husband, Jim, and Tanya R.; one son, James R. and wife, Mary; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. Mrs. COOK was also preceded in death by her parents; and one grandson.

Funeral services for Richard Glenn EUBANKS, 26, of Roland are being held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Agent Chapel in Muldrow, with the Rev. Tommy Treat officiating. Burial is in Long Cemetery, north of Roland, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Muldrow. Mr. EUBANKS was born Aug. 16, 1974, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Paul Edward "Buddy" EUBANKS and Mary F. (CHAMBERS) McLAUGHLIN. He died Wednesday, May 9, 2001, in Roland. Survivors include one son, Thomas Glenn; his mother and step-father, Mary and Doug; his father and step-mother, Buddy and Tina; one brother, Paul Wesley; one sister, Regina; his maternal grandmother, Pauline Helen; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncle and other relatives and friends.

Burial was in Buffington Cemetery west of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mrs. BENNETT was born Sept. 16, 1923, in Marble City, to Claud TRAMMELL and Lou Ella (YOUNG) TRAMMELL. She died Monday, May 14, 2001, in Enid. Survivors include two daughters, Pauline and Alethia Annette; two sons, Robert Dale and Charles Daniel; 12 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Ramona; one brother, Bob; one half-sister, Opal; and two step-brothers, Tommy and Velva Gene. Mrs. BENNETT was preceded in death by her husband, Cuyler, W. BENNETT, Oct. 4, 1997.

Funeral services for Roy L. BURRIS, 92, of Sallisaw, are being held at 2 p.m. Friday at Agent Chapel in Sallisaw, with the Revs. Steve Mabry and Leroy Dewey officiating. Burial is in Sallisaw City Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home. Military honors will be provided by Veterans of Foreign wars (VFW) Post No. 4518, American Legion Post No. 27 and the Daughters of the American Veterans (DAV). Mr. BURRIS was born Jan. 24, 1909, in Weathers, to Turner BURRIS and Ella (JORDAN) BURRIS. He died Monday, May 14, 2001, in Sallisaw. Survivors include several nieces, nephews, Ethel, Roy, Odis, Monroe, Harold, Emet, Olene, and Bernice; cousins, other relatives and friends..

Funeral services for Oletha MAYNARD CALLAHAN, 86, of Sallisaw were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the first Assembly of God Church in Sallisaw, with the Rev. Robert L. Polvado officiating. Burial was in Sallisaw City Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral home in Sallisaw. Mrs. CALLAHAN was born Sept. 28, 1914, in Sallisaw, to Harvey E. MAYNARD and Charlotte Pearl (GRITTS) MAYNARD. She died Thursday, May 10, 2001, in Vian. She married Roy Benjamin CALLAHAN Sept. 17, 1933, in the McKey community. Survivors include her husband, Roy B. CALLAHAN of the home; four daughters,  Cherokee, Wanda, Rosalee, and Sharon Sue; three son, Bill, Harvey and Hubert; 22 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren. Mrs. CALLAHAN was preceded in death by one son, Ben CALLAHAN on June 18, 1984.

Bobby Eugene CLIFTON, 38, of Wynne, Ark., died Wednesday, May 9, 2001, in Conway, Ark. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood, Ark. Burial was in the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Ark., under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home in Greenwood. Survivors include his wife, Orissia L. CLIFTON of the home; four daughters, Lindsey, Rachael, Lexi and Raegan; one son, Dallas; his parents, Ed and Barbara CLIFTON; maternal grandmother, Bernice;  paternal grandparents, Roy and Patsy; one sister, Stacy; one brother, Roy E. III; uncle and aunt, Bart and Barbara; cousins, Curtis and Dawn; and many other aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Burial was in Seabolt Cemetery, under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mr. DENNY was born July 6, 1932, in Stilwell to John Harden DENNY and Kate (BRASUELL) DENNY. He died Friday, May 11, 2001, in Fort Smith, Ark. Survivors include one sister, Imogean; and two brothers, Edman and Sonny. Mr. DENNY was preceded in death by is parents; his wife, Charley DENNY; and three brothers, Marce, Ulus and Hugo DENNY.  

Funeral services for J.D. ENGLISH, 75,  of Dora, Ark., were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Assembly of God Church in Dora,  with the Revs. Bobby Mason and Don Parr officiating. Burial was in Dora Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Roland. Mr. ENGLISH was born June 26, 1925, in Dora, to Zeke ENGLISH and Gladys (SHAFER) ENGLISH. He died Monday, May 14, 2001, in Muldrow. Mr. ENGLISH married Sophia Marie BARNES on Aug. 7, 1948, in Fort Smith, Ark. Survivors include his wife, Sophia M. ENGLISH of the home; two sons and daughters-in-law, Dick and Carolyn, and Richard and Rhonda; two granddaughters, one great-granddaughter; three sisters, Learl, Emily and Johnnie Mae; and five brothers, Jack, Bill, Earl, Odell and Ed.

Alois F. HAMMETT, 73, of Hercules, Calif., died Wednesday, May 9, 2001. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday at Wilson and Kratzer Mortuary Chapel of the Mission Bells in San Pablo, Calif. She was born Oct. 19, 1927, in Vian. Survivors include her husband, Mack HAMMETT; one son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Teri; two grandsons; one brother, Randolph; two sisters, Juanita and Sue; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Bill and Cydney; and many nephews and nieces. Arrangements were under the direction of Wilson and Kratzer Mortuary in San Pablo.

Graveside services for Wilma Louise HAYES, 75, of Fort Smith, Ark., are being held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Liberty Cemetery north of Roland, with the Rev. Wayne Midkiff officiating.  Arrangements are under the direction of Agent funeral Home in Roland. Mrs. HAYES was born Feb. 10, 1926, in Muldrow, to Clint SMITH and Mary Ethel (BOYD) SMITH. She died Monday, May 14, 2001, in Fort Smith. Mrs. HAYES married Arthur H. HAYES July 8, 1963. Burial was in Kendall Cemetery in Hartman, under the direction of Hardwicke Funeral Home. Mr. PETERS was born Dec. 7, 1901, in Hartman to George Elmer and Celia Frances (GILLIAM) PETERS. He died Wednesday, May 9, 2001, in Shaffer Nursing Home in Ozark, Ark. Survivors include three daughters, Mary Jean, Sylvia Don, and Dorothy Lee; one son, Ernest Dale; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one sister, Carrie; one brother, the Rev. O.D.; and several nieces and nephews. Mr. PETERS was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services for Lewis REID, 49, of Pocola were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, Ark. Burial was by cremation under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel. Mr. REID died Sunday, May 13, 2001, in a local hospital. Survivors include his wife, Jo of the home; two step-daughters, Wanda and Vickie; his mother, Norma Jean REID; three brothers, David, Robert and Vernon; and two step-grandchildren. Mr. REID was preceded in death by his father, two sisters and two brothers.

Grace E. ROWLETT, 77, of Fort Smith, Ark., died Sunday, May 13, 2001, in a local hospital. Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the U. S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith. Survivors include one daughter, Patricia; two sons, Robert and Marcus; one brother, Charles; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Graveside services for Kenneth Dale WELLS, 66, of Tulsa were held at 2 p.m. Monday at Akins Cemetery, northeast of Sallisaw, with the Rev. Jerry Green officiating. Mr. WELLS was born Feb. 26, 1935, in Sallisaw, to Floyd and Ethel Gladys (MYSINGER) WELLS. He died Friday, May 11, 2001, in Tulsa. Survivors include one daughter, LaDonna Gail; two sons, Lonnie Dale and Kenneth Dewayne; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three sisters, Wanese, Juanita and Phyllis; and two brother, Lloyd and Wayne. He preceded her in death Feb. 5, 1996. Survivors include one daughter, Elizabeth Jane; three grandchildren; one brother, William; two half-sisters, Helen and Nancy; and one half-brother, Robert Lee.

She married Cecil William McCOY Nov. 8, 1933 in Torrington. She married Orval Robert "Chock" SHOEMAKER September 16, 1937, in Sallisaw. Survivors include three daughters, Lavona, Robbie and Eula; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Mrs. SHOEMAKER was preceded in death by her husband, Orval Jan. 14, 1978; her parents; one sister, Selma WELCH; two brothers, Henry and Wade BROOKS; maternal grandparents, Rev. Henry B. and Betty FOSTER SCRUGGS; and paternal grandparents, John Henry and Sarah CASSADY BROOKS.

Mr. SIXKILLER was born Oct. 23, 1949, in Lexington, Ky., to Foreman and Donna Allene (WOODY) SIXKILLER. He died Tuesday,  May 22, 2001, at his home in Sallisaw. He married Joyce Lillian THACKER June 15, 2000, in Fort Smith, Ark. Survivors include his wife, Joyce SIXKILLER of the home; four daughters, Jodi, Paula, Ethel, and Karen; two sons, John and Jonathan; 13 grandchildren; two sisters, Alpha and Jackie; three nieces; and one nephew.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Redbird Smith Stomp Grounds, north of Vian, for Dave WHITEKILLER, 68, of Sallisaw. The Rev. Rex Vann officiated. Cremation services were under the direction Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mr. WHITEKILLER was born on Oct. 30, 1932, in the Redbird Smith area to Walter WHITEKILLER and Alice STARR WHITEKILLER. He died  Sunday, May 20, 2001 at his home. He is survived by his wife, Jimmie Lou (WARD) WHITEKILLER of the home. The couple married on May 30, 1977, in Stilwell. In additon to his wife, Mr. WHITEKILLER is survived by three daughters, Susan, Nancy and Dana and one son, Chris. He is also survived by two stepdaughters, Lou Ann and Dr. Robin; two step-sons, Tommy and Dr. Randy; and 20 grandchildren;  and two great-grandchildren. Survivors also include two brothers, Walter Jr., and D.B.; three sisters, Ruth Marie, Pauline and Amy; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Levi, Walter Q., and Donald roy and one sister, Susie Ella.

Larry Wayne FIELDS, 55, of Lacey, Wash., died Saturday May 12, 2001. Burial was by cremation in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Lacey, under the direction of Woodlawn Funeral Home in Lacey. Mr. FIELDS was born November 9,1 945 in Los Angeles to George FIELDS and Claire (ERPENBACH) FIELDS. He married Wilma Arlene SMITH in Washington. She preceded him in death on January 11, 1985.  Survivors include his parents; two brothers, Dennis and Jerry; one niece; three nephews.

Mrs. HENRY  was born June 29, 1908, in Dyer, Ark., to William CORDER and Annie (MORSE) CORDER.  She died Wednesday, May 23, 2001, in Pryor. She married Erman Lee HENRY April 11, 1931, in Sallisaw. He preceded her in death Jan. 1, 1992. Survivors include one daughter, Lillie Mae; one nephew; and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Hannah "Gracie" ROBERTS, infant, of Muldrow were held at 2 p.m. Friday at Woodland Memorial Park Chapel. Burial was in Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Fort Smith, Ark. Hannah was the infant daughter of Tommy and Shayna Brooke (HUMPHREY) ROBERTS II of Muldrow; she died on Tuesday, May 22, 2001, in Little Rock, Ark. She is survived by her parents, one brother, Tommy, paternal grandparents, Tommy and Judy ; Maternal Grandparents, Elaine and Joe ; Paternal great-grandparents, Delmas and Ruby and Charles and Thelma; Maternal great-grandparents, Lloyd and Mary Francis and Mable; and several aunts, uncles, and one cousin, Seth.
