Funeral services for Alice CAMPNEY,76, of Sallisaw, will be held Thursday, at 2 p.m., at First Christian Church in Sallisaw, with Dr. Lee Woodard officiating. Burial is in Akins Cemetery, northeast of Sallisaw, under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. CAMPNEY was born Jan. 9, 1926, in Strong City, to J.A. WINEBRIGHT and Linnie CALLAHAN. She died Monday, Sept. 30, 2002, in Grove. Mrs. CAMPNEY married Harold "Skip" CAMPNEY on Sept. 22, 1943, in Fort Smith, Ark. Survivors include two daughters and one son-in-law, Phyllis and Gayle her husband Ron; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Ron and Vincent and his wife Georgia; 13 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and one sister, Ellen. She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; and one sister, Mary "Mae" WATERMAN.

Funeral services for Virgil S. CARSON, 70, of Fort Smith, Ark., were held Monday, at Fentress Mortuary Chapel of Fort Smith, with burial in U. S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, under the direction of Fentress Mortuary of Fort Smith. Mr. CARSON died Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2002, in Fort Smith. Survivors include one daughter, Debbie; one son, David; two sisters, Dorothy and Rachel; and three brothers, Orville, Jack and Esco.

Funeral services for Ida Dialphia CASHON, 86, of Muldrow, were held Monday, 10 a.m., at Agent Chapel in Muldrow, with Revs. Phil Whitten and Wayne Efurd officiating. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery in Muskogee, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. Mrs. CASHON was born March 3, 1916, in Oktaha, to Henry C. CASHON and Aliece (EVANS) CASHON. She died Friday, Sept. 27, 2002, in Muldrow. Survivors include five nieces, Mary Alice, Joann, Janette, Katie and Susie; three nephews, George Thomas, Paul and Charles; and several other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Louie EUBANKS and Clarence CASHON and two sisters, Dollie MORGAN and Telitha JONES.

Funeral services for Karon Sue COOPER, 46, of Stilwell, were held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 28, 2002, at Roberts Funeral Chapel, with Father Michael Langham officiating. Burial was in Foreman Cemetery, under the direction  of Roberts Funeral Home of Stilwell. She was born Nov. 9,1 955, in Cushing, to Joe Bill and Rena (WHALLON) MARTIN-COLE. She died Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2002, in Stilwell. Mrs. COOPER married Jimmie Ray COOPER on Dec. 22, 1973. He preceded her in death in May of 2001. Survivors include three sons and two daughters-in-law, Lawrence and his wife, Joni, Jason and his wife Tammy, and Jeramy; two grandchildren; her mother, Rena COLE; her step-father, Lawrence COLE; one sister and brother-in-law, Beverly and her husband Don; one brother and sister-in-law, Leon and his wife Monica; and many other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by her father, Joe Bill MARTIN; her grandparents, Jack and Liney MARTIN and Frank and Bertha WHALLON.

Graveside services for Erma HUMPHRIES, 92, of Sallisaw, were held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 2,2002, at Blackjack Cemetery, with Rev. Tim Ohls officiating, under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home of Sallisaw. She was born Nov. 7, 1909, in Gans, to Martin KILGO and Georia E. WILSON. She died Monday, Sept. 30, 2002, in Sallisaw. Survivors include one sister-in-law, Margaret Kilgo of Lomond, Calif.; and her caretaker, Myrtle. Mrs. HUMPHRIES was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Sparky HUMPHRIES  and one brother, Edgar KILGO.

Funeral services for Edith LaVaughn LARSON, 75, of Wasilla, Alaska, formerly of Sallisaw, were held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, at Wasilla Assembly of God Church, with Rev. Paul Riley, officiating, under the direction of Kehl's Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Wasilla. Mrs. LARSON was born Nov. 8, 1926, in Ponca City, to Ruth and Harry L. TAPP Sr. She died Monday, Sept. 23, 2002, in Valley Hospital in Palmer, Alaska. She married Leonard E. LARSON on April 27, 1944. Survivors include her husband; three sons, Gary, Lonnie and Richard; five grandchildren;  three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Harry L. Jr. and William H.; and five sister, Frances, Betty, Letty, Collene and Joanne. She was preceded in death by her parents; and one grandson, Tory LARSON of Easley, S.C.

Rosary services for William P. MANN, 73, of Fort Smith, Ark., formerly of Buffalo, N.Y., were held Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2002, at 7 p.m. at Fentress Mortuary Chapel in Fort Smith and funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2002, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Fort Smith, with burial in U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, under the direction of Fentress Mortuary of Fort Smith. He died Monday, Sept. 30, 2002, in Fort Smith. Survivors include his wife, Dolores (Doie Kohler) MANN of the home; two daughters and sons-in-law, Janet and her husband David and Kathleen and her husband Jim; five sons and daughters-in-law, Bill and his wife Donna Lynn, Jim and his wife Kathie, Kevin and his wife Daneen, and Rick and his wife Linda, and Larry and his wife Stephanie; 21 grandchildren; three sisters and one brother-in-law, Elizabeth and her husband John, Patricia and Lorry; and four brothers and sisters-in-law, David and his wife Maureen, Edward and his wife Mary, Mikey and his wife Theresa, and Patrick and his wife Marion; and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by one brother, James MANN; one sister-in-law, Pat MANN; one sister, Donna BURLEY; and one brother-in-law, Red BURLEY.

Funeral services for Terry Lee McCLURE, 46, of Bokoshe, will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 3, at First Assembly of God Church in Bokoshe, with Rev. Danny Oliver officiating. Burial is in Old Bokoshe Cemetery, under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau. He was born on March 14, 1956 in Sallisaw. He died Sunday, Sept. 29, 2002, in Bokoshe. Survivors include his wife, Phyllis McCLURE of the home; one daughter, Charila Jean; four sons, Terry Clay and Joseph Paul, Brad D. and Chad Lee; his mother, Fran WILKINS; three brothers, Greg, Dennis and Casey; one sister, Tracey; and numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.

Memorial services for Victoria Lynn "Vicki" MOORMAN, 25, of Barstow, Calif. is being held Thursday, Oct. 3, 2002, at 1 p.m. at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Van Buren, Ark. with Father Tom Elliott officiating. Burial is in Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren, under the direction of Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth Custom Funerals & Cremations, 5800 West 12th Street, Little Rock, Ark. 661-9111. She was born Feb. 6, 1977, in Fort Smith, Ark. She died Sunday, Sept.22, 2002. Survivors include her mother and step-father, Toni and Bill; her father, Dennis LOWRIMORE; two sisters, Mary and Angela; one brother, Ben; her grandmother, Carmen MOORMAN; her grandparents, Butch and Jeanette LOWRIMORE; aunt and uncle Joe and Monica; four nephews, Colton, Hunter, Billy and Michael; and one niece, Rachael.

Funeral services for Doyle H. TERRELL, 72, of Gore, were held Tuesday, 2 p.m., at Agent Chapel in Gore, with Revs. Wayne Rice and David Thomas officiating. Burial was in Steven Cemetery in Gore, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Gore. Mr. TERRELL was born Sept. 17, 1930, in Gum Springs, to Leonard TERRELL and Orpha (OWENS) TERRELL. He died Friday, Sept. 27, 2002, in Gore. Mr. TERRELL married Shirley Darlene SPEARS on April 7, 1954, in Muskogee. Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Darlene TERRELL  of the home; three daughters, Judy, Janet and Sarah; five sons, Doyle D., Charles, Jimmy Don, Bobby Joe and Billy Ray; 24 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two sisters, Lola and Pat; one sister-in-law, Dorothy; one brother-in-law, Cleatis; two aunts, Florence and Roxanne; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

Graveside services for Tennie HAGAR, 98, of Van Buren, Ark., were held Friday, at 1 p.m. in the Carney Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren. Mrs. HAGAR died Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2002, in a local nursing home. Survivors include one son, Walker H. II; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walker H. HAGAR Sr.

Mrs. COFFMAN was born on March 9, 1938, in Vian to Hugh E.QUALLS and Lillian (MANATE) QUALLS. She died Thursday, Oct. 3, 2002, in Sallisaw. Survivors include five sons, William, Charles and Darrell, Robert and Chesley; four daughters, Shirley, Paula, Patricia, and Carolyn; 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several brothers; several sisters and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Rev. James R. "Bob" FIELDS, 73, of Spiro, will be held Friday, at 10 a.m. at the Mallory Chapel in Spiro, with Revs. George Simmons and O.M. Wilson officiating. Burial is in Spiro City Cemetery, under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home of Spiro. Rev. FIELDS was born on March 12, 1929, in Stilwell to Benjamin FIELDS and Kassie (SPYRES) FIELDS. He died Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2002, in Fort Smith, Ark. Survivors include his wife Alleda Fay (TAFF) FIELDS of the home; two daughters and one son-in-law, Dorothy and her husband Rev. George L., and Julie ; three brothers, Hank, Edward and Harry ; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents; and four brothers, Nelson, Smokey, Jack and William "Bill" FIELDS.

Funeral services for Retha Lahoma HARDWICK, 65, of Sallisaw, are being held Thursday, at 10 a.m. at the Roland First Assembly of God Church, with Rev. Kevin Fouts officiating. Burial will be in Lee's Chapel Cemetery south of Muldrow, under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. HARDWICK was born on March 15, 1937, in Bakersfield, Calif. to Cass MOQUITT and Mabel WELCH. She died Monday, Oct. 7, 2002, in Sallisaw. Survivors include one daughter, Adell; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Eddie and his wife Rean, Earnest HARDWICK and Don and his wife Delores; 15 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and two husbands, Earnest HARDWICK and Church FOSTER.

Funeral services for Richard HONEYCUTT, Jr., 57, of Sallisaw, were held Wednesday, at 10 a.m. at the Agent Chapel in Sallisaw, with Rev. Leroy Reid officiating. Burial was in Marble City Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. HONEYCUTT was born on June 26, 1945, in Marble City to John Richard HONEYCUTT and Mary Frances Mae (DORON) HONEYCUTT. Mr. HONEYCUTT died Saturday, Oct. 5, 2002, in Sallisaw. Survivors include his wife of 12 years, Velma Sue YOUNG PARKER of the home; three daughters, Flossie, Virginia and Charolotte; three step-daughters, Jackie, Pamela and Dale Lynn; one step-son, John D.; nine grandchildren; one great-grandson; five sisters, Edith, Nora, Ruth, Irene and Evelyn; three brothers, Fred, Charley and Doyle; and other relatives and friends, including Louise. Mrs. MAXWELL was born on July 1, 1915, in Dubbin, Ark. to William Herbert HERRING and Ethel Louise (BIGGS) HERRING. Mrs. MAXWELL died Thursday, Oct. 3, 2002, in West Siloam Springs. Survivors include one daughter, Erma Jean; one son, Harold Dean; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one great-great-grandchild; one sister, Khiva; three brothers, Garvin, Lawson and Morris. Graveside services for Myrtle Lena CASKEY McKINNEY, 90, of Sallisaw, will be held Thursday, at 2 p.m. at the Akins Cemetery, northeast of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw, with Rev. Larry Don Marley officiating. Mrs. McKINNEY was born on May 4, 1912, in Akins community, to Allen Young CHRONISTER and Katie Pearl (CARSON) CHRONISTER. She died Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2002, in Sallisaw. Mrs. McKINNEY married Silas McKINNEY on Feb. 16, 1978, in Okemah. He preceded her in death on Nov. 12, 1999. Survivors include one brother Carnel; two step-daughters, Geraldine and Waneve; one nephew, John Perry; five nieces, Louise, Judy, Helen, Judy and Donnie; and several great-nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

He died Saturday, Oct. 5, 2002 in Gore. Mr. WATHAM married Kimberly Ann SMITH on Feb. 4, 2002, in Fort Smith, Ark. Mr. AMOS was born on Oct. 3, 1951, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Gene AMOS and Betty (BALENTINE) AMOS. He died Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2002, in Fort Smith. Mr. AMOS married Kimmie Raelene RUSSELL on Aug. 19, 1988, in Fort Smith. Survivors include his wife, Kimmie AMOS of the home; two daughters, Candace and Maranda; one son, Toby; five grandchildren; one sister, Debbie; two brothers, Mike and Donald and several other relatives and friends.

Mr. JONES was born on July 11, 1960, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Euell JONES and Ann (BRIDGES) JONES. He died Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2002, in Rochester, Minn. Survivors include his fiancee, Lissa; three children; his parents, Euell and Ann JONES; six sisters, Virginia, Sandra, Donna, Betty, Helen, and Gayle; three brothers, Kenny, Larry and Lee.

Funeral services for James Ledford "Ted" LOWRIMORE, 93, of Bokoshe, were held Friday, at 2 p.m. at the Assembly of God Church in Panama, with Rev. Brian Smith officiating. Burial was in Old Bokoshe Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. PARRISH(LOWRIMORE), was born Oct. 10, 1908, in Texanna, to Jasper Newton LOWRIMORE and Mattie Susan (MATTHEWS) LOWRIMORE. He died Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2002, in Fort Smith, Ark. Mr. LOWRIMORE married Frankie HOLDEN on July 18, 1932, in Blocker. She preceded him in death on Jan. 23, 1997. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Frances and William; one son and daughter-in-law, Carroll and Louise; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, John and Marion.

Graveside services for Goldie Marie LUSK, 59, of Oklahoma City, were held Thursday, at 2 p.m. at the Memory Garden Cemetery in Muldrow, under the direction of Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith, Ark. Mrs. LUSK died Monday, Oct. 7, 2002, in an Oklahoma City nursing home. Survivors include three sisters, Mary, Elizabeth and Virginia; and three brothers, Andy Jr, Lee and John.

Funeral services for Charley Harmon PARRISH, 80, of Ozark, Ark., are being held Saturday, at 2 p.m. at the Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel, with burial in Oak Ridge Cemetery in Ozark, under the direction of Shaffer Funeral home of Ozark. Mr. PARRISH was born Aug. 10, 1922, in Jethro, Ark., to Robert PARRISH and Sarah (SATTERFIELD) PARRISH. He died Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2002, in a Fort Smith, Ark. hospital. Survivors include two daughters, Judy and Marjorie; one son, Kenneth; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one sister, Hazel.

Val REED, 68, of Vian, died Thursday, Oct. 10, 2002, in Sallisaw. He was born on July 10, 1934, in Salinas, Calif. to Fred REED and Virginia (McLEAN) CHALFANT. Mr. REED married Judy REED on Nov. 10, 1999,  in Van Buren, Ark. Survivors include his wife, Judy REED of the home; two daughters, Randi Lee and Andrea; one step-daughter, Jamie; one son, Kent; two step-sons, Randy and Chris ; five grandchildren; his mother, Virginia CHALFANT; two sisters, Ginger and Dixie Lee; and one brother, Michael.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Funeral services for Otis K. ROBERSON, 88, of Vian, were held Thursday, at 2 p.m. at the Pierce Cemetery west of Eufaula, with Bro. Bill Young officiating, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. ROBERSON was born on March 17,1914, in Henryetta to Will A. ROBERSON and Hettie (REEVES) ROBERSON. He died Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2002, in Sallisaw. Survivors include his wife Ethel Courtney (YOUNG) ROBERSON of the home; several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives including, a nephew, Carl .

Funeral services for Clifton B. SANDERS Jr., 73, of Sallisaw, were held Wednesday, at 7 p.m. at the First Christian Church in Sallisaw with Dr. Lee Woodard officiating.  Cremation was under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. SANDERS was born on Dec. 3, 1928, in Wilder, Vt. to Clifton Byron SANDERS Sr. and Ruth (McARTHUR) SANDERS. He died Monday, Oct. 7, 2002, in Sallisaw. Survivors include two sons, Eric and Gregg; two grandsons and one sister, Betty.

Steven Crawford officiating, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. HARMON was born on Nov.17, 1944, in Vian, to Melvin Crockett DAMERON and Veronice Bernice (BRIGANCE) DAMERON. She died Thursday, Oct. 10, 2002, in Cookson. Mrs. HARMON married Charles HARMON on Aug. 20, 1977 in Wichita, Kan. Survivors include her husband, Charles HARMON of the home; one sister, Cecilia; two brothers, Lester and George; several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

Graveside services for Edgar Holder LOWERY, 81, of Sallisaw, were held Tuesday, at 2 p.m. at the Sallisaw City Cemetery, with Rev. Brian Zinck officiating, under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. LOWERY was born on Nov. 26, 1920, in Sallisaw to Edgar H. LOWERY and Jessie HOLDER. He died Friday, Oct. 11, 2002, in Sallisaw. Survivors include one brother, Charles and his wife Dorothy. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Graveside services for Leander "Bill" MABRY, 81, of Sallisaw, will be held Thursday, at 2 p.m. at the Akins Cemetery northeast of Sallisaw, with Rev. G. Jasper Ligon officiating, under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. MABRY was born on July 11, 1921, in Browden, Ky. to Elbert Son MABRY and Dillie (VAUGHN) MABRY. He died Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2002, in Sallisaw. Mrs.(Mr.) MABRY married Dorothy Grace MABRY on Feb. 23, 1944 in Chicago, Ill. She preceded him in death on Jan. 7, 1999. Survivors include three daughters and two sons-in-law, Delpha "LuLu", Claudia and her husband Garry and Margaret and her husband Bill; nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.  He was also preceded in death by one daughter, Anna Sue BARRETT on Jan. 22, 2002; his parents; and one brother, Floyd MABRY.

Funeral services for Beatrice MORSE, 78, of Mulberry, Ark., were held Monday, at 2 p.m. at the Revis Hill Assembly of God Church, north of Alma, with burial in Pope Cemetery in Mountainburg, Ark., under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma, Ark. Mrs. MORSE was born June 12, 1924, in Webbers Falls. She died Friday, Oct. 11, 2002, in a local nursing home. Survivors include her husband, Thell MORSE of the home; two daughters, Thelma and Tamara; one son Ronald; 12 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one brother, J.B.

Funeral services for Roy V. REMY, 79, of Sallisaw, are being held Wednesday, at 2 p.m. at the Sallisaw City Cemetery gazebo, with Rev. Curtis Bias officiating, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. REMY was born on Sept. 17, 1923, in Sallisaw, to Anderson REMY and Rue (WRIGHT) REMY. Burial will be in Akins Cemetery northeast of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw.Mr. SHOCKEY was born June 25, 1987, in Sallisaw, to Douglas Carol SHOCKEY and Teresa HENNING. He died Sunday, Oct. 27, 2002, in Sallisaw.  Survivors include his mother, Teresa HENNING; his father and stepmother, Doug and Susan SHOCKEY; two sisters, Kendra and Megan; two brothers, Jason and Brandon; maternal grandparents, Robert and Karen HENNING; paternal grandparents, Homer and Doris SHOCKEY and Carol HOLT; and several other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his uncle, Darrell SHOCKEY and his best friend, Derek LEE.

Funeral services for Karen Mae SISCO, 59, of Sallisaw, will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, at the Poteau Church of Christ, with Gary Vancil, Scott Martin and Dick Hurlocker officiating. Burial will be in Shady Point Cemetery, under the direction of  Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau. Mrs. SISCO was born on Oct. 26, 1943, in Wyandott, Mich. She died Monday, Oct. 28, 2002, in Sallisaw.  Survivors include her husband, Kenneth SISCO of the home; her mother, Marion LeBLANE; one son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Pandora;  three grandchildren; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Toni and Frank, and Julene and James; one brother and sister-in-law, Rene and Laurie; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Ruby Maye Floyd SPEAR, 100, of Vian, were held Tuesday, at 11 a.m., at the First Baptist Church in Sallisaw, with Rev. Brian Zinck officiating. Burial was in Akins Cemetery northeast of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw.Mrs. SPEAR was born May 2, 1901, in Georgia, to Walter FLOYD and Mamie (ECHOLS) FLOYD. She died Saturday, Oct. 26, 2002, in Vian. Mrs. SPEAR married Silas M. SPEAR on March 30, 1921, in Akins. He preceded her in death on Aug. 4, 1990. Survivors include four sons and three daughters-in-law, Dwight, Nate and Alta, Bob and Jeannie, and Jack and Nancy; 14 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren and several other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Fern HAMILTON and seven brothers and sisters, Bradley, Ruth, Charley, Emma, E.W., Mary and an infant.

Funeral services for Patsy S. WELLS, 61, of Sallisaw were held 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Calvary Temple Church in Sallisaw, with Mr. David Wells officiating. Burial was in Buffington Cemetery, under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. WELLS was born on Oct. 8, 1941, in Sparkman, Ark., to Fletcher Lee MYERS and Harriet Elizabeth (TUBERVILLE) MYERS. She  died Saturday, Oct. 26, 2002, in Sallisaw.  Mrs. WELLS married Elvie WELLS on July 28, 1973 in Camden, Ark. Survivors include her husband, Elvie Gene WELLS of the home;  one daughter, Michelle and Allen; three sons and one daughter-in-law, Roger and Sharon, Mike and his fiance Susie, and David; two grandchildren; three sisters, Chris and Jo, Marie and Frank, and Joe and A.G. and one  brother, Fletcher and Donna.
