The Baptist Church at Roland met Aug. 7th, 1909

After preaching service, the church set in conference

Minute of last meeting was read and approved.

Motion prevailed that the money in the treasury the proceeds of the surplus lumber from the church house building be applied to the payment for pulpit.

Bro. SUMMERHILL stated that the church owed THOMPSON Bros. a balance on the expense of painting the church house.

J. E. ADAMS suggested that the church ought and doubtless would make settlement in full when books are balanced showing the amount due.

By motion, adjourned.
