Saturday Dec. 24, 1898
Prairie Grove Baptist Church met at 11 o'clock & after preaching the Church was called to order by the Moderator. The Clerk being absent R. H. THOMPSON was elect C. C. Pro Tem in the absence of the minutes of last meeting a motion was made, to take up unfinished business. The deacons made the following request, which was adopted. We the deacons of Prairie Grove Baptist Church believe to make the following as a report on subscription for pastoral services total amount subscribed Forty Seven Dollars $47.00. On motion, the Church agreed to pay Bro. P. F. DOOLY, $47.00 for pastoral services for this associational year. On Motion, the clerk was instructed to record subscription on church book. Their being no further business, adjourned in order.
