Gave an invitation members & received Sister Massy HUGHES as a candidate for baptism.
Tues, Sept. 5, 1899
The church & pastor met at the water to attend to the ordinance of baptism. After reading & prayers gave an invitation for members & received Sister Cleo MISES as a candidate for baptism. After which Sister Mary HUGHES & Sister Cleo MISES was baptized into full fellowship of the church. Dismissed in order.

Prairie Grove Church met after preaching. The Church was called to order by, the Moderator. Minutes of last meeting read & approved. On motion the Church elected delegates to the association by ballot, which resulted in the election of Brethren J. E. ADAMS, R. V. THOMPSON, R. E. SUMMERHILL & P. A. WATTS as messengers & Bro. J. R. PARKER & R. H. THOMPSON as alternates. Collection for minutes $2.10 on Motion, the clerk
