Prairie Grove Church met on Sat. June, 23, 1900

Preaching by Bro. S. D. TAYLOR after which the Church was called to order by the Moderator.

Minute of last meeting read, corrected and approved.

Time for holding protracted meeting considered, decision deferred until Sunday June 24, 1900.

At close of the Preaching service, a collection was taken for Territorial Missions amounting to three dollars. Bro. TAYLOR announced that the church would hold protracted meeting commencing on Sat. before the fourth Sunday in August next.

Prairie Grove Church met on Sat. before fourth Lord's Day in August 1900. Preaching by Bro. TAYLOR, 1st Chronicles 29:5. After which, the church in conference transacted the following business.

Minute of last meeting read and approved. The following named Brethren were chosen messengers to the Arkansas Valley Association-P. A. WATTS, R. H. THOMPSON, R. F. CAMPBELL and J. E. ADAMS. R. T. HUGHES and L. O. ADAMS chosen alternates.

Clerk was instructed to prepare the annual letter to the Association for approval of the church at next regular meeting.

At close of public service on Thursday night August 30, 1900 Bro. J. W. HUGHES and Sister Nancy A. HUGHES were received into full fellowship of the church by relationship.

Bro. R. V. THOMPSON was chosen Mod. Pro Tem and the church in conference transacted the following business.

Minute of last meeting read and approved. The annual letter to the Association read by the Clerk and approved by the Church. Collected for minutes of Association two dollars and for Associational Missions-eleven dollars and twenty-five cents.

By motion, adjourned.
