Prairie Grove Baptist Church met in conference on Sept. 26, 1903 and transacted business as follows

Minute of last meeting read and approved

A motion prevailed to elect messengers to the association and the church proceeded to elect by ballot resulting in the election of R. E. SUMMERHILL, A. C. MAYFIELD, P. A. WATTS and J. E. ADAMS

On motion, the church agreed to appropriate $2.50 for printing minutes of the association

By motion, adjourned.

Prairie Grove Baptist Church met in call conference the 18th of Oct. 1903 and transacted the following business

Collected $3.00 for printing minutes of the association and $5.70 for Associational Missions

Motion prevailed to invite the association to hold its next session with us.

Upon motion, Bro. R. V. THOMPSON was elected messenger to meet with Brethren from other churches of the Territory at Tulsa I. T. on Friday before the 5 Sunday in Nov. to consider the propriety of organizing a general association of

Landmark Baptist Churches of Ind. Ter. And Oklahoma the church, by same motion agreed to pay his expenses.

The Baptist Church at Prairie Grove met on Sat Nov. 21st, 1903

Preaching by Bro. R. V. THOMPSON, Bro. BLAYLOCK being absent

Bro THOMPSON was elected Mod. Pro Tem

Bro J. F. and Sister Fannie THOMPSON were received to full fellowship by letter from Macedonia Church.

Minute of last meeting was read and approved

Bro. SUMMERHILL made a statement and acknowledgement for Bro. Cyrus GRADY for attending a dance and the church by motion forgave him.

This being the regular time for the church to call a Pastor and elect Clerk, the church proceeded with the election, which resulted in the election of Bro. J. H. BLAYLOCK for Pastor and J. E. ADAMS, C. C.
