Brother Will HUGHES then made a statement that was accepted by the church.

Committee appointed to investigate report concerning Bro. HENDERSON reported that he had talked with Bro. McCOLLOUGH of Maple Church with whom Bro. Henderson had been dealing and that Bro. McCollough's statement indicated that Bro. HENDERSON had showed a disposition to evade the payment of a just debt. The report was received and committee discharged.

Upon motion, the church preferred charge against Bro. HENDERSON unchristian conduct in business transactions and the clerk was instructed to inform Bro. HENDERSON of the action of the church and request his presents at next meeting.

By motion, adjourned.

Prairie Grove Baptist Church met April 30, 1904 and in regular conference transacted the following business

Minute of last meeting was read and approved.

Committee appointed to see Bro. M PALMER was not present and motion carried to pass the matter until next meeting.

The Clerk stated that he had wrote to Bro. HENDERSON as instructed but had received no reply.

Upon motion, further action was deferred until next meeting.

The Clerk reported the circulation of subscription for Pastor's salary not yet completed.

Brother WATTS stated that it is reported that Sister Martha KIRK has been attending dances and dancing.

Bro. WATTS was appointed to investigate the report.

After preaching by Brother BLAYLOCK on Sat. July 2,1904

Prairie Grove Baptist Church set in conference for the transaction of business.

Visiting Brethren were invited to Seals to Aid in council.

Bro. R. W. BURNS and his wife were received to full fellowship by letter from Sweet Town Church and Bro. BURNS was recognized as a Deacon of the church.

Committee appointed to see Marion PALMER was discharged and J. E. ADAMS was appointed to see him.

Upon motion, the church withdrew fellowship from Brother HENDERSON.

Finance Committee reported about $97.00 subscribed to the church house.

Committee appointed to investigate the report concerning Sister Martha KIRK stated that the report was true.

and that he had talked with her and that her statement was not at all satisfactory. The report was received and committee discharged. And upon motion, the church withdrew fellowship from her.

By unanimous vote, the church set apart Bro. J. H. MILBURN as Missionary for the General Association of Indian Ter. and OK.

By unanimous vote, the church agreed to protract our next regular meeting.

Prairie Grove Baptist Church met August 6th, 1904 and after preaching by Brother A. CARLIN, the Pastor called the church in conference. The Clerk being absent, Bro. R. H. THOMPSON was chosen Clerk, Pro Tem.

Minute of last meeting was read and approved.

The case of Bro. M. PALMER was laid over 'till next meeting, the committee being absent.

By motion, adjourned.

While the protracted meeting was in progress on Sept. 8th, 1904, the church in conference heard the reading of Bro. J. H. MILBURN'S report as Missionary, and upon motion, the report was received.

Bro. M. A. PALMER was then received into full fellowship by statement and acknowledgement.
