Prairie Grove Baptist Church met on Sat. Oct. 1, 1904
After song and prayer Bro. BLAYLOCK talked to the church upon the subject of fellowship. Closing, prayer was led by Bro. R. H. THOMPSON.
The church in conference then transacted the following business.
Minutes of former meeting was read and approved.
The committee appointed to see Marion PALMER reported that he had failed to see him and upon motion, the case was again deferred to next meeting and Bro. M. A. and Sister PALMER were requested to go and see him.
The church then proceeded to elect messengers to the Association the following named Brethren were chosen- P. A. WATTS, J. M. C. WOOD, R. W. BURNS and J. E. ADAMS. Alternates-R. E. SUMMERHILL and J. A. JOHNSON
The Clerk was instructed to write the annual letter to the association.
Brothers R. H. THOMPSON, R. E. SUMMERHILL and J. A. JOHNSON were appointed as committee on entertainment during the seasons of the association.
Brother Marion PALMER having come in during the session of conference asked about the charge against him and the Clerk read the charge from minute of March meeting.

Bro. Marion confessed to having drank intoxicating liquor but denied acting disorderly and did not think he had did anything that should cause offence, as the matter had by motion already been laid over until next meeting, no action was taken.

After prayer led by Bro. BLAYLOCK, the Clerk read the annual letter written to the association, which was corrected and approved.
The Clerk reported $2.05 for minutes.
Contribution amounting to $6.00 was pledged for A. J. DIAZ and his work in Cuba.
By motion, adjourned.
