The Missionary Baptist Church at Roland I. T. met on Sat. Feb. 4th, 1905.

Brother Thompson read scripture lesson and conducted devotional services.

The church in conference, the transacted business as follows.

Otto Adams, and his wife Sallie ADAMS were received into fellowship by letter from Maple Church.

On motion, Bro. H. MILBURN'S was elected to the work of General Missionary for Ind. Ter.

Motion carried that the Pastor write Bro. MILBURN and inform him of this, act of the church and also urge him to bestow his first labors among the church's of the Arkansas Valley Association.

On motion, the Clerk was instructed to send copy of this proceeding to the Landmark Baptist and flag for publication.

By motion, adjourned.

into full fellowship of the church and Sister Ellie CAMPBELL was also received by letter.

A motion prevailed to consider the matter of electing a messenger to represent the church in the meeting called for by the Bethlehem Church of Little Rock, Ark. To be held at Texarkana March 22, 1905 on tomorrow after the preaching service.

Sunday, Mar. 5th, after the preaching service the church in conference elected Bro. R. V. THOMPSON as messenger to the Texarkana meeting also, by motion, set apart Bro. J. H. BLAYLOCK to the Associational Mission work.

Sister Mary E. SNODGRASS was received under watch care of the church.

Minute of last meeting was then read and approved. J. E. ADAMS reported that about seventy dollars had been subscribed for Pastor's salary and the work of circulatory subscription was now completed.

A committee was consisting as follows Vig J. H. BLAYLOCK, R. F. MALONEY and J. E. ADAMS were appointed to see Bro. Ed HUGHES and investigate the cause of his long continued absence from church service.

The Missionary Baptist Church at Roland I. T. met on May 6th, 1905.

Bro. J. H. MILBURN preached text- Acts 1:8

After the preaching Bro. BLAYLOCK led in prayer. Bro. THOMPSON then announced the church in conference and the minute of last meeting was read and approved.

Committee appointed to see Bro. Ed HUGHES reported that Bro. HUGHES stated that he did not want to attend the services of the church.

The report was received and the committee discharged.

A motion then prevailed to prefer charge against Bro. HUGHES for total indifference and withdrew fellowship from him.

Bro. BLAYLOCK then reported his work as Missionary and on motion his report was received.

By motion, the church agreed that the present Deacons and all Deacons of this church who served them shall be trustees of the Roland Baptist Church house.

By request of Bro. J. H. MILBURN, a letter of dismissal and recommendation was granted him.

At the suggestion of Bro. R. H. THOMPSON the church agreed to consider the matter of holding a protracted meeting tomorrow after the preaching service.

On motion, adjourned.

After preaching by Bro. MILBURN on Sunday May 7th, 1905 Sister Susan WALKER was received into full fellowship of the church by letter from Maple Church.

and Bro. J. L. McKINNEY and Sister Mary McKINNEY were received by letter from White Oak Church in Franklin Co, Ark.

Bro. McKINNEY was recognized as an ordained Deacon upon the statement of Bro. J. H. BLAYLOCK.

On motion, the church agreed to begin a protracted meeting on Friday night before the 4th Sunday in July next.

By motion, adjourned.

The Missionary Baptist Church at Roland met on Sat. June3rd 1905

After preaching the Moderator called the church in conference and the minute of last meeting was read, corrected and approved.

Sister Snodgrass was then received into full fellowship of the church.Motion prevailed granting letters to Sister Tissie BURNS and Bro. R. W. BURNS.

Bro. P. A. WATTS stated reasons for being absent from some of the services of the church, which was satisfactory to the church.
