Mrs. Lennie Kidwell
Services for Mrs. Linnie Mae Kidwell of 114 North 15th will be at
2 p.m., Thursday, in the Oklahoma Chapal, with Bert Robinson of the 13th
and Josephine Church of Christ, officiating.
Interment will be in the Davidson cemetery under the direction of
Dalton-McLellan Funeral Home.
Mrs. Kidwell died at 3:15 p.m. Tuesday in a Woodward hospital.
Born June 5, 1914 at Rising Star, Tex., she was the daughter of
Charlie and Daisy Millsap. Before moving to Frederick in 1933 she lived
in Rising Star until she was 13 then moved to Rush Springs and Cement.
A member of the Church of Christ, she received her education in
Rush Springs, Cement and No. 6 school at Frederick. Mrs. Kidwell was
employed by Betsy Bra.
She married Raymond A. Kidwell, December 17, 1941 at Frederick.
Survivors include her husband of the home in Frederick; one son, Delphus
Kidwell of Lubbock; her mother, Mrs. Daisy Millsap of Frederick; two
sisters, Mrs. Claude (Lois) Fields of Oklahoma City and Edith Millsap of
Wichita Falls; two brothers, Farris Millsap of Frederick and M.R.
Millsap of Fort Worth and one granddaughter.
