Kathryn Seamon Meiries and Henry Meiries

Henry(1865-1938) and Kathryn Seamon Meiries. The Meiries here both born and raised in Cass County, Illinois.  When the Cherokee strip opened, Henry and family including his brother Edward Meiries resettled in Garfield County, OK. Henry Meiries was a first generation American, both of his parents migrated from Germany. Henry and Kathryn are at rest side by side at Memorial Cemetery in Enid, OK.
