Since submitting this photo, I HAVE seen my father's birth certificate. His mother is listed as LILLIE MAE RITCHEY CAMPBELL. I have found her obit. and she was born in 1894, in MO and died while living in Chandler, Lincoln County., OK in 1940. This picture was taken in TULSA, OK about 1910, at the age of 16.
