Lowe Rendo Jones	Bessie Esther Lloyd Jones

Lowe Rendo Jones was b. 16 Jan 1874 Blount Co., AL, d. 8 Aug 1941 Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Co., OK, buried in Goodwell Cemetery, Goodwell, Texas Co. OK. He was the son of Jesse Wesley and Elva Ann Downing Jones. L. R. moved to McLennan Co. TX as a child and in 1901 was admitted to preach in the Oklahoma Methodist Conference and he served all over the territories and state until he was superannuated in 1929. In 1903 he had homesteaded a quarter section of land near Goodwell, and lived there from 1929 until his death. (I grew up on this farm). He first married Josephine Burgess and two sons, Jesse Thornsberry and Bertie Burgess were born.  
After Josephine's death he married on 20 Nov 1913 Bessie Esther Lloyd, daughter of another Methodist minister. They had three daughters and three sons, Charles Wesley, Olinda Lavinia, Elna Lorraine, Lloyd Rendo, Joe Lafayette, and Vesta Louise.

Bessie Esther Lloyd was b. 25 Sep 1893 in Tishomingo, IT, and d. 22 Jul 1959 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Co., OK and is buried in Goodwell Cemetery, Goodwell, Texas Co., OK. She was the daughter of John Wesley and Olinda Josephine Ault Lloyd. She married Rev. L. R. Jones 20 Nov 1913.
