Photo is on the farm of Dr. William B. Holliday outside of Stillwater, Payne Co., OK, his son Pete Holliday of Perkins, Payne Co., OK and his grand-daughter Gwendolyn Holliday also of Perkins. circa 1937. Doc Holliday was one of the more prominent veterinarians of Payne County until his death in 1942. He is buried in the Crescent Cemetery, Crescent, Logan County, OK near his parents and brothers. Pete and his young family left Payne County in March, 1943, by train, for Long Beach, CA where other of Pete's family resided. Pete died October 17, 1965 in Lakewood, CA.
