Building built by J.B. Leach
Town of Comanche OK, Stephens Co. On back of
photo it says 1907. Store front of J.S. Leftwich, in building built by J. B.
Leach.
J. B. Leach is Jesse B. Leach, businessman
there. He is buried in Fairlawn Cemetery in Stephens County. In 1910 he is
living on Hill Ave., in Comanche City, Braun Township.
The general store belongs to John S. Leftwich.
The following link has a bio on him:
In this article it says he opened a store in
Comanche in 1904, but this photo apparently shows his new location, taken
after 1906. He was in Duncan before he came to Comanche.
