Photos from Glover's Cafe
Forgan, Beaver County, Oklahoma

I believe Glover Cafe was part of the old Love Hotel. The owners, John and Esther Glover, were my great aunt and uncle. My grandparents, Carl and Effie Myers, worked there with them during 1919-1920.

Photos:
Glover's Cafe: John and Esther Glover are seated on the left, do not know the identity of the couple in the center of the photo, Carl Myers is seated on the right. The historical value of this photo is the window which shows the name of the cafe.

The other two photos show inside the cafe..."inside Glovers cafe" has four generations of my family present. "Inside Glovers cafe2" shows the Glovers again on the left - unknown man on the right.

My husbands family also had a business in Forgan at that time (a genereal store run by James Bell) but we have no photos of that store.
