I am looking for additional information on ancestors or descendants of Colonel Ellsworth Mays. Col. Mays built a home at 3752 S 29th W. Ave (Red Fork) Tulsa, in 1908 and he died in the home in 1932. His son John Roscoe Mays was my Grandfather. John Roscoe married Bessie Mae Hennings (Henings) daughter of John W. Hennings and Mary Olive Rigsby "Dollie" Hennings. Their daughter Margaret Olive Mays was married to William T. English. The Hennings lived on 25W Ave. and she was the caretaker at Clinton Oaks Cemetery for years.

My grandfather, Joseph Goodman Stewart was born December 15, 1872 in Missouri, he died in Collinsville, OK on 14 July 1935. Earlier, circa 1921, he owned a teaming company and a livery stable in Okmulgee. He is said to have been good friends with Will Roger's family and Wilie Post's family. In addition, I am told he once partnered with Wade Phillips on some oil leases. I am trying to find out who his parents were and any other information about his time in Oklahoma. Any ideas?

I am looking for information on the family a Persey BURHANS b.~1880. He is supposed to have been a Dentist in Tulsa, OK He married a Daisy MC DONALD b.~1883 and they had two children; Mildred BURHANS b.~1908 and James A. BURHANS b.~1908. Twins?? I found Persey in the 1910 Census; Tulsa, OK Film #1274; 066; E.D.0229; Hse #0256. Incorrectly listed under BURHAM. Also..... 1920 Census; Vol 74; E.D.#260; Sheet 3; Line 50. Also lists Daisy's parents, John MC DONALD and Georgine MC DONALD. I would like to find out more about what became of the family. Did Mildred and James marry? Could there be relatives out there somewhere any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking for the descendants of my Gr. Gr. Uncle, Dr. Benjamin BALL. Dr. Ben was born in Whitley Co., Ky. about 1844. He married Susannah STANFIELD in 1867. They had these children; GEORGE, JAKE, JOHN, SUSIE, & WM. A. They moved from Ky. to Oklahoma probably in the 1890's. The family lost touch with thm. At one time we were told that descendants were living near SAND SPRINGS, OK. It is also thought that Ben may have lived and perhaps died at Manford, OK.

PIGFORD, Russell C., M.D. was living in Tulsa in Nov. 1960 at 2427 E 26th St. He was researching the PIGFORD line. He died June 1, 1967. I am looking for anyone who knows of any descendents or what may have become of his genealogy research. My ggg grandmother was Jerusha Jane PIGFORD that married Joseph PAGE.

Walter HALL was born 1883 TN. Raised in Huntsville AL. His wife's name was Daisey. They had two sons, Theo and Thurmond. They moved to Ft. Worth, Texas in the 1920's. He was a foreman in a cotton mill. I understand that he later moved to Sand Springs, OK and died there. A SOC. record indicates he died in 1968 in Sand Springs. I am looking for information about my Ggrandparents. My grandmother's name was Evelyn "Mae" Edwards Shipman. She was born 12/20/1911 in Morris, Okmulgee Co., OK. I have her parents listed as Susan Spaulding-Edwards and Henry "Buster" Edwards. The only information I have on them is that Henry d. 1929 and is buried in Hoffman, OK. Any information on the Edwards family tree would be helpful but I am concentrating on these two individual.
