1915 Atlas

Garvin County

Railroad Stations are shown in red.

The Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific extended west from Lindsey.   It had been abandoned by 1972.

The line that cut through the northeastern corner of the county was the Oklahoma City, Ada & Atoka.  It had been abandoned by 1972.

All of the other completed lines were branches of the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe.  The northeastern one had been abandoned by 1972, but the others were still operational.

The proposed line is not labeled and I have no evidence that it was actually built.

The Atlas shows no roads in Garvin County.  The thin lines are rivers and creeks.

Thanks for stopping by!
