MOUNDS — Cecil Ray Bell, 47, Mounds, died Sunday at his home. Services were today at United Pentecostal Church, Mounds, with the Rev. R. L. Stacy officiating. Burial was at Mounds Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home. He was born Oct 16, 1942 in Kellyville and lived in the Creek County area all his life. Mr. Bell married Linda L. McCall on March 9, 1964, in Sapulpa. He retired four years ago as a truck driver due to ill health and was a member of the United Pentecostal Church of Mounds. Survivors include wife Linda; son DeWayne Bell of Mounds; daughter DeNise Hill of Mounds; brothers Harold Bell and Carl Bell of Tulsa, Dale Bell of Jenks, and Norman Bell of Stigler; sisters Bonnie Rogers and Arsetta Main of Sapulpa; and four grandchildren.
