RETTIE BIRDSONG

Rettie Birdsong, 78, died Saturday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at South Heights Assembly of God with the Rev. Gary Thiessen officiating.

Burial will be at South Heights Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

She was born Feb. 17, 1913, in Wheeler, Ark., and was a member of South Heights Assembly of God.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Tullis, last June.

Survivors include daughter Bonnie Drake of Sapulpa; brothers Jasper Roberts of Petaluma, Calif., Ernest Roberts of Oklahoma City, and Gaines and Everett Roberts, both of Sapulpa; sister Rosie Stockton of Sapulpa; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

The family will headquarter at the Bill Drake residence south of Sapulpa.

REETIE BIRDSONG

Funeral services for Reetie L. Birdsong were held today at the South Heights Assembly of God with the Rev. Gary Theissen officiating.

Burial followed in the South Heights Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Casketbearers were Wayne Martin, Ronnie Martin, Tony Fox, Bill Haney, Calvin Patterson and Harold York.

Mrs. Birdsong, who had lived in Sapulpa since 1945, died Saturday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.
