KIEFER – Mr. Carl L. Boman, 72, Kiefer, died Saturday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

Services will be 2 pm Tuesday at Owen Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Kenneth Plunk officiating.

Burial will be at Green Hills Memorial Gardens.

Casket Bearers will be Floyd Burton, Doug Smith, Carl James Boman, Dale Boman, Ralph Boman and Bill Boman.

He was born Oct 13, 1915, in Chanute, Kan. He moved to Kiefer from Tulsa 16 years ago.

Mr. Boman was owner-operator of Kiefer Auto Salvage and was a member of Bible Baptist Church of Sapulpa.

Survivors include wife Ester; sons Richard of Ponca City, Clyde of Sapulpa, David of Laverne, Okla., and Steve of Tishomingo, Okla.; daughters Marty Guerrero of Phoenix, Ariz., Jeannie Libke of Caney, Kan., Beth Smith of Sapulpa; Carleene Aquirre of Glenpool, and Teresa Ayers of Caeny; brother Dean of Iola, Kan., and Waldo of Fairbanks, Alaska; 29, grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
