J. W. (Bill) Brock, 90, 922 N. Elizabeth, died Tuesday.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Chapel with the Revs. Lonnie Hall and Kenneth Williams officiating.

Burial will follow at South Heights Cemetery.

Casketbearers will be Jimmy Conley, Joe Conley Jr., Bill Farrar, Julius conley, Truman Rogers and Floyd Glover.

Honorary bearers will be Plas Gibbs, Kenneth Cook, Harvey Simmons, Wayne Lynch, Marvin Wright, Steve Wickham, Cecil Gale and the Rev. Joe Upton.

Mr. Brock was born Aug. 19, 1901, in Shirley, Ark. He married Cleo Nancy Bell Hancock on Nov. 25, 1922, in Poteau. The couple moved to Sapulpa shortly thereafter.

Mr. Brock was employed by Liberty Glass Co. until his retirement on Aug. 20, 1966 after 44 years of service. He was a member of First Freewill Baptist Church and loved to work in his garden.

He was preceded in death by his sisters, Versa Corbin and Vada Burchfield; and his brother, Alfred Brock.

Survivors include wife, Cleo; son A. J. Brock of Sapulpa; daughter Doris Bean of Sapulpa; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
