MOUNDS — Mr. Dobie D. Bruton, 22, Mounds, died Sunday in Mounds.

Services are pending with Owen Funeral Home.

Mr. Bruton was born July 31, 1965, in Sapulpa, and had lived in the area all his life.

Survivors include parents Vernon and Deanna Bruton, both of Mounds; grandfather Tom Bruton; brothers Elgin and Rodney, both of Elm Springs, Ark. and Chris of Mounds; and sisters Diana Lewis of Tulsa and Sheila Beloat of Mounds.

Graveside services for Dobie D. Bruton, 22, Mounds, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Mounds Cemetery with the Rev. Jack Carner officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

Mr. Bruton died Sunday at his home in Mounds as a result of a homicide.
