Dora Burkhamer, 88, of Sapulpa, died Monday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 pm Wednesday at Owen Funeral Chapel with Brother Tony Thornton officiating.

Casketbearers will be Vincent Wright, Buck Hupman, Cortes Dillman, Aaron Stubblefield, Jarrod Stublefield and Randy Beesley.

Burial will follow at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

She was born May 30, 1904, in Kellyville. She married Clifton Buckhamer on Dec. 25, 1919. She was a homemaker, a member of Frist Christian Church and the Goodwill Club and was an avid gardener.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1965.

Survivors include sons, John L. Burkhamer, Wilbur Burkhamer and Willard Burkhamer, all of Sapulpa; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

The family will headquarter at 716 South Cedar.

Burial followed at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

A longtime resident of Kellyville, Mrs. Burhamer died Monday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.
