Jose Galvan Carrasco of Tulsa died Aug. 27, 1994, in Tulsa.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:30 p.m., Tuesday at the First Assembly of God in Bristow with the Rev. Alfred Pearson officiating.

Burial is to follow in the Sunrise Cemetery under the direction of Hutchins-Maples Funeral Home.

Carrasco was born Aug. 23, 1958 in Estacion Consuelo Medqui Chihuahua, Mexico. He married Debra Horn Oct. 20, 1981 in Tulsa. He was the foreman of Blankenship Landscaping Company of Tulsa.

He is preceded in death by both of his parents.

Survivors include wife Debbie Horn Carrasco of the home; son Jose Ramon Carrasco of home; sisters Maria Pando, Bertha Munds, Lorenza Chavez, Felipa Holgin, all of Mexico and Inocenta Carracso of Boise City; brothers Nicolas Carrasco, Anacleto Carrasco, Federico Carrasco, all of Mexico, and Catarino Carrasco of Tulsa, Cruz Carrasco of Boise City, and Manuel Carrasco of Boise City.
