John William Chalk, 64, of Banning, CA, died Sunday at San Gorgonia Pass Hospital in California.
Services are pending with Smith Funeral Home.
He was born April 10, 1925, in Sapulpa.
Mr. Chalk was a World War II Navy Veteran and a Baptist.
He worked as a laborer.
Survivors include brothers, Clayton and Lester Chalk, both of Sapulpa, and Percy Chalk of Sand Springs; and sisters Dorothy
Thompson of Perrville, AR, Ruth Whitwell of Lawndale, CA and Thelma Hurst of Freeport, Texas.
