Beulah Madge Douglas, 91, 1116 E. Hobson, died Sunday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.
Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday at the First United Methodist Church of Sapulpa with Rev. Don Price officiating.
Burial is to follow at South Heights Cemetery
under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.
Douglas was born to James O. Hicks and Lottie Lewis Hicks Jan. 16, 1903 in Rich Hill, Mo. She was married June 27, 1923 in Missouri to Robert Eugene Douglas. She was a homemaker and had been a resident of Sapulpa for 67 years coming from Monett, Mo. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Sapulpa and an active member of Gold Star Mothers, American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, the Garden Club and the Happy Hour Club.
She was preceded in death by her son James Robert Douglas, who was killed in 1994 in World War II as a member of U.S. Air Force during the invasion of France. She was also preceded in death by husband
Robert May 6, 1988. The family will headquarter at 154 W. Jackson.
Survivors include niece Shirley Jones of Sapulpa and sister-in-law Norma Hicks Woolbert of Tulsa.

Douglas was born Jan. 16, 1903 to James Wilsey and Lottie Lewis Hicks in Rich Hill, Mo. and married Robert Eugene Douglas on June 27, 1923 in Missouri.
