Updated: 06 Sep 2009 Sapulpa Herald Ralph Gibson, Sr., of Locust Grove, died Sunday at the Pryor Mayes County Medical Center at the age of 73. Mr. Gibson was born Dec 20, 1924 in Sapulpa and had lived in Locust Grove for the past five years, moving there from Sapulpa. ...had served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Survivors are one son, Ralph and wife Judy Gibson of Locust Grove and one daughter, Phyllis and husband Bill Ware of Tulsa; grandchildren <named>, sister, Irene Sherrill of Sapulpa and brothers Billy Gibson of Shawnee and Jack Gibson of Glenpool; special friend Mary Bowman of Kiefer. Funeral service for Mr. Gibson have been set for 10 am Thursday in the Locust Grove Church of the Nazarene... Interment will be at 2 pm Thursday in the Green Hill Memorial Gardens in Sapulpa. Smith Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. |
