Mrs. Vesta Bond (Babe) Graham, 81, died today at Pleasant Manor Nursing Home.s

Graveside services are set for 11 am Saturday at Mounds Cemetery with the Rev. T. Howard Allen officiating.

Burial will follow under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

She was born April 1, 1906, in Crane, Mo., and moved to Sapulpa from mounds 48 years ago.

Mrs Graham was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Mounds, and Westside Baptist Church, Sapulpa. She worked 20 years in the art department of Liberty Glass Co.

Survivors include daughters Beverly Simpkins of Colorado Springs, Colo. and Jean Upshaw of Sapulpa; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Graham died Thursday at Pleasant Manor Nursing Home. She was born in Crane, Mo., April 1, 1904. She had been a Sapulpa resident since 1948 moving here from Mounds.

She was a member of the Westside Baptist Church and the Mounds Eastern Star. She retired from the art department at Liberty Glass where she was employed for 20 years.

Mrs. Graham was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Leo Graham, in 1975.

Survivors include daughters Beverly Simpkins of Colorado Springs, Colo. and Jean Upshaw of Sapulpa; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
