Leslie S. Hopkins, 90, Sapulpa, died at her home Wednesday.

Funeral services are scheduled for Monday at 1 pm at Mount Olive Baptist Church with the Rev. Henry T. Busby officiating.

Burial will follow at the New Bethel Cemetery in Mounds under the direction of Dyer Funeral Home, Tulsa.

She is survived by her husband Hubert Hopkins.
