HOUSTON, Victor W.
Victor W. Houston, 75, of Bristow, died Sunday at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa. Funeral services are pending under the direction of Smith Funeral Home. He was born April 11, 1917, in Bristow. A lifelong Bristow area resident, he was a member of Sunrise Baptist Church, an Army Veteran of World War II and retired from the State of Oklahoma. Survivors include a son, Darrell of Bristow; daughters, Brenda MILLER and Sharon Houston, both of Bristow; brothers, Herbert Houston of Sapulpa, and Dan Houston of Portland, Oregon; sisters, Bonnie LANCE of Bakersfield, Calif., and Hazel MCCOWN of California; and two grandchildren.
HOUSTON, Victor W. Victor Houston Funeral services for Victor W. Houston will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, at Smith Funeral Chapel with Rev. Millard McGuire officiating. Burial will follow at Sunrise Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home. Serving as casket bearers will be Randal Houston, Tim Hignight, Jimmy Houston, Ross McGuire, Donald McGuire and Danny McGuire. Mr. Houston died Sunday at the Hillcrest Medial Center.
