Mrs. Irene Matlock, former Sapulpa resident, died Wednesday at Oklahoma Osteopathic hospital in Tulsa. She was 36 and had been residing at 806 Cedar, Sand Springs. She had been ill for some time.

Survivors include the husband, Homer, and four daughters, Dianne, Sandra, Pamela and Regina, all of the home.

Also, her mother, Mrs. Cora Banks of Kellyville; five sisters, Mrs. Marie Cercy, Sapulpa, Mrs. Viola Brannon and Mrs. Agnes Berryhill, both of Tulsa, Mrs. Mildred Albert, Sand Springs, and Mrs. Darla McGuire, Ponca City, and three brothers, Bill Banks and Vincent Banks, both of Kellyville, and Leon Banks, Mounds.

Mrs. Matlock was a member of the Pentecostal Holiness church at Kellyville, where funeral services will be conducted Friday at 2:30 p.m. with Rev. Vernie Edwards, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Sunrise Cemetery west of Kellyville. Pallbearers will be Jack West, Don Bowden, Herb Hill, Dannie McGuire, Elmer Littles, Lowell Delcour and James Delcour.

Mobley Funeral Service of Sand Springs is in charge.
