Anna Mae Patrick, 100, Sapulpa, died Sunday at Pleasant Manor Nursing Home.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday at Smith Funeral Chapel with Russell Casey officiating.

Burial is to follow at South Heights Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Patrick was born March 12, 1893 in Shady Point, Okla. She was a Sapulpa resident since 1918. She was a member of First Christian Church, a life member of Radiant Chapter Order of Eastern Star. She was also past president of the Women's Chamber of Commerce.

Patrick was preceded in death by husband Fred Patrick in 1970.

Survivors include sons Clyde B. Patrick of Sapulpa, Earl F. Patrick of Fairland, Okla.; daughter U. B. (Valeeta) Metcalf of Colorado Springs, Colo.; eight grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mrs. Fred (Anna Mae) Patrick were to be held at 2 p.m. today in the Smith Funeral Chapel with Russell Casey officiating.

Interment was to follow in South Heights Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
