James Ernest Robbins, Jr., 73, Route 3, died Sunday at St. Johns Medical Center.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10 am Wednesday at Graveside Mounds Cemetery in Mounds with Rev. Don Alexander and Rev. Tom Tucker officiating.

Burial is to follow at the Mounds Cemetery under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

Robbins was born Mary 14, 1920, in Sapulpa and lived in the city all his life. He married Elsie Plummer on March 12, 1982 in Glenpool. He was a veteran of WWII from the Air Force and a member of the Sapulpa American Legion.

Survivors include wife Elsie of the home, brother William R. Robbins of Sapulpa, sisters June Woods of Wyandotte, OK; Betty Tucker of Sapulpa and Zoe Wilcox of Wagoner, OK.
