Mr. James O. Rollings, 85, Mounds, died today at Skyline Terrace Nursing Home, Tulsa.

Services will be 2 pm Thursday at the First United Methodist Church of Mounds with the Rev. John Hess officiating.

Burial will be at Mounds Cemetery under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

Mr. Rollings was born Dec 4, 1902, in Merdian, MS. He was a member of the Mounds Lions Club, First United Methodist Church of Mounds, church choir and Sapulpa Senior Citizens Club.

He was owner of Rollings Tire Service of Dallas. He retired in 1969 and moved to Mounds.

Survivors include wife Lillian; son Bill of Sapulpa; step-sons James Burt of Scurry, TX, and Sam Burt of Mounds; daughter Betty Gibson of Corpus Christi, TX; sisters Sally Anderson of Mounds and Nanny Allen of Oklahoma City; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
