Emma Jayne Romine, 90, of Kellyville, died Thursday at St. Simeon’s Home in Tulsa.
Services will be 10 am Saturday at the First Baptist Church, Kellyville.
Burial will be at the Kellyville City Cemetery under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.
She was a native of Booneville, KY and came to Indian Territory in 1906 with her parents. She was active in church activities, Senior Citizens and was a member of the Sapulpa and Tulsa Historical Societies.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William R. Romine, Jr.
Survivors include daughter Mrs. Loyd Bruce of Tulsa; son Bernard DeGene Romine of Okmulgee; sisters Mrs. John Welpton, Mrs. Rebecca Morris and Mrs. Earl Reames all of Kellyville; seven grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that friends make contributions to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, 4606 E. 67th St., Tulsa, 74136; or St. Simeon’s Episcopal Home, 3701 N. Cincinnati, Tulsa, 74106.
