MOUNDS - Mrs. Daniel (Betty Lou) Smith, 53, of Mounds, died Monday at Tulsa Regional Medical Center.

Graveside services are scheduled for 10 am Thursday at Mounds Cemetery with the Rev. Baxter Scroggins officiating.

Burial will follow under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

Casketbearers will be Ronnie Smith, Randy Smith, Jerry Smith, Wayne Smith, Roger Anderson and Rick Anderson.

She was born May 30, 1938, in Okmulgee, and moved to Mounds in 1961 from the Henryetta area. She married Dan Smith Dec 18, 1954, in Henryetta. She was a housewife.

Survivors include husband, Dan; mother Roxie Hestand of Mounds; and sisters Inez Jones of Crosby, Texas, and Lois Smith of Mounds.

The family will headquarter at 215 E. Ninth Street in Mounds.
