John D. Wineinger, 70, Sapulpa, died Friday at Riverside Nursing Home in Jenks.

Graveside rites are scheduled for 10:30 am Monday at Bristow City Cemetery with Rev. John Hall officiating.

Burial is to follow at Bristow Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Wineinger was born Oct 13, 1922 in Bristow. He resided in Sapulpa and Tulsa most of his life. He was an army veteran of World War II and was a member of Westside Baptist Church and Sapulpa Senior Citizens.

He is survived by sister Mrs. Kenneth Turnbull of Sapulpa and three nephews.

The family will headquarter at 402 S. Oklahoma.

Wineinger, a resident of the Sapulpa and Tulsa area most of his life, died Friday in the Riverside Nursing Home in Jenks.
