David Lee Wood, 60, 310 W. Taft, died Wednesday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

Services are scheduled for 2 pm Friday at Green Hills Mausoleum Chapel with Sapulpa Elks Lodge officers officiating.

Entombment will follow at Green Hills Mausoleum under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Wood was born May 26, 1933, in Russellville, Ark., and lived in Sapulpa most of his life. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and a member of the Sapulpa Elks Lodge. He was retired.

Survivors include mother Zola Wood of Sapulpa; son Ron Wood of Sapulpa; daughter Kristi Quinton of Sapulpa; stepson Darrell Gantz of Sapulpa; stepdaughter Sandy Graham of Tulsa; brothers Bill Wood of Verdigris, Okla., and J. C. Wood of Sapulpa; and seven grandchildren.

The family will headquarter at the Quinton residence, 1310 E. McLeod.

Funeral services for David L. Wood were held today at 2 pm at Green Hills Mausoleum Chapel with the Sapulpa Elks Lodge officers officiating.

Wood, a lifelong Sapulpa resident, died Wednesday at the Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.
