 This is a picture of Samantha (Lotspeich) Doakes
daughter, Ella Frances Doake Green and husband
Lamar Green, son of Eli and Mary Ann Perkins Green,
my Great Grandparents, see obit for Lamar Green
(Eli and Mary Ann are buried at Dripping Springs in Tussy)

This is Ella Frances Doake and Lamar Green with all their children.
Mary Jane Green, Minnie Green, and Rosa Green, William Green, and Charlie Green.
Minnie, the girl in the middle died when she was 14 yrs old.

Lamar Green as a baby, son of Eli Green and Mary Ann Perkins Green

This is Lamar Green with his mule. Lamar died at the home of his son,
W.E, March 24, 1934, after being kicked by this mule
and was buried at Winters Cemetery west of town. 
Lamar was married to Ella Frances Doake, who passed away
September 16, 1931 and is buried beside him at Winters Cemetery.
Winters Cemetery is now called Sandy Bear Cemetery.

This is my Mother, Ella Wodkins, and Eugenia Mae Doake Allen, taken in 1954

Mich Wodkins B; May 31, 1897 in Choctaw, Mc Intosh Co., Ok.
and my Mother, Ella Geneva Curtis, B: May 12, 1901 in Tyrola, Ok
This photo was taken in Blythe, Ca. Riverside Co., Jan 18, 1921
Daddy died May 12, 1982 and Mother died Dec. 22, 1988
They are buried in the Turlock Memorial Cemetery, Turlock, Stanislaus Co., Ca.

 

Zachariah Bouden Curtis B: Springfield, Mo
Mary Jane (Green) Curtis B: Austin, Tx.
Lived in or around Pauls Valley till abt 1915 when they moved to
Arizona, and later on to Ca.
Zachariah died in 1935 in Watsonville, Ca. and
Mary Jane went to live with her daughter Ella Wodkins at Fallbrook, Ca.
they later moved to Carlsbad, Ca. where Mary married again to a
Edward G. Thomas. After Ed died in 1950, she moved to Turlock, Ca. to
be near her daughter Ella once again. She died in April of 1961 and is
buried in the Pioneer Cemetery in Watsonville, Ca. next to her first
husband, Zachariah Curtis.

 

John C. Wodkins and his wife, Emily Ann ( Farthing)
Daughter of James and Lucretia Farthing
John was born in Carrollton, Caroll Co., Ga. 1874
Emily Was born in Watauga co., N.C. in 1876
Emily died at her home in Harrisburg,Or. in 1936
John died in Stockton, Ca. in 1947 and they are both buried in Harrisburg, Or.
Grandpa Homestead a place near Stella Ok in cleveland Co. in 1900. They
lived there till 1918 when they moved to Ca. then later in abt. 1922
they moved to Harrisburg, Or. where he farmed till emily death. He then
spent his time with on child or another till his death in 1947

 

James and Lucretia Farthing, homestead in 1900 in Cleveland Co., near Stella, Ok
James was born in Watauga Co., N. C. Aug. 16, 1836 died Feb. 22, 1906
Lucretia was born in Watauga Co., N.C. Oct. 1839 and died May 1909
They are both buried in Dutch Mills Cemetery, Dutch Mills, Ark.

Jefferson Washington Doake and his wife Mary Jane Green,

The above picture is labeled Jefferson Washington Doake but Margaret tells me it is actually John Green, Mary's nephew, as Mary was expecting Tommy (who is pictured) when Jefferson Washington passed away.
