This is a photo of the Union Springs School Class circa 1923.  Union Springs was located close to the old City Lake.
On the back row, third from the left is Nellie Sims, second row and second from the right is my Mother, Hattie Sims.
Mother, Hattie Ragan Sims, passed away at the age of 94 on  April 15, 2007.  Nellie was my Mother's sister and
Nellie was killed in a fire at the tender age of 17.
