Is driving a transportation truck for the navy Seabees at Camp Endicott, Davisville, R. I.

He attended schools at Chillicothe, Mo. and was employed at the Fairmont Creamery here before entering the service April 21, 1943.

He is 30 years of age and the son of Mrs. Kate L. Dowell of Milwaukee, Ore.

His wife, Mrs. Melba Dowell lives at Edmond.
