Staff Sgt. Herbie Cooper

Now stationed in the south Pacific, received his basic training at Fort Sill and Camp Barkley, Abilene, Texas.

He entered the service on September 16, 1940 and is now 24 years of age.

Was employed at the Camplin Service station before entering the service.

Is now with the ordnance company.

His father, Fred Cooper lives at 223 S. Broad.
