Staff Sgt. Robert Leroy Pope

Stationed in Italy, Sgt. Pope is in the small arms ordnance company.

He was graduated from Guthrie highschool and was carrier boy for the Guthrie Daily Leader at the time he entered the service September, 1940.

He is now 21 years of age.

His mother is Mrs. Anna Pope, 424 E. Washington Ave.
