Glenn Drake, 68, died peacefully at his shop in Choctaw on 6-28-2008. Glenn was born 10-27-1939 in Rome, NY. He was a long-time owner of Drake's Doors of Choctaw , OK.

It was while he was stationed at Oklahoma City AFB that he met Patsy Tacker whom he married on 2-14-1963. To this marriage two children were born: Glynn Anne and Patrick. Glenn never fully recovered from the loss of his beloved wife and daughter in a tragic car accident on 11-27-1995.

He is survived by his son Patrick and wife Priscilla of Ranier, OR; 5 grandchildren, Emerald, Nathan and Cameron Drake of OK, and Corey and Glynnanne Drake of OR; brother, Ron Drake of NY. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and daughter. He will be missed deeply by his business associate, Scott Chartney and his extended Tacker family.

 Funeral service will be 10am Thursday, July 3, 2008 at Bill Eisenhour NE Chapel. Interment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Choctaw, OK.

 Patsy Darlene Drake, 61, of Choctaw, passed away Nov. 27, 1995. She was born May 7, 1934 in Adyelotte, Ok. to Carter & Letha Maple (Melott) Tacker. Patsy married Glenn Drake Feb. 14, 1963 in Shawnee. To this union 1 daughter & 1 son were born. Patsy was an alumni of the Tecumseh High School, Class of '52. She retired from Traveler's Ins., was a member of MWC Assembly of God Church, and was currently running an antique shop in Choctaw.

She is survived by her husband, Glenn, of the home; her son, Patrick Drake & wife Priscilla of Edwards AFB; son-in-law, Michael Baker; 4 grandchildren, Emerald, Nathan, Cameron & Corey; 6 sisters, 2 brothers; & a host of other relatives & friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents. Services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday at MWC 1st Assembly of God with burial following at Elmwood Cemetery in Choctaw.
