Ferren Durward (Don), 78, passed away Friday Jan. 12. He was born Nov. 25, 1922, in Judsonia, AR. Don was preceded in death by his parents; son, Jimmy Ferren ; and a brother, John Ferren .

He is survived by his wife, Lorraine Ferren, of Choctaw; daughters, Sherrie Todd of Tuttle, Dawn Machalinski of Blanchard, and Joyce Eusebio of Woodbury, CT; 1 brother, Mack Ferren ; 1 sister, Carolee Fann; 7 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. Memorial donations may be made in Don's memory for the establishment of the new Prayer Room: Eastland Hills Baptist Church, 3000 S. Hiwassee, Choctaw, OK 73020.

Services will be held 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 16, at the Bill Eisenhour NE Chapel with interment at Elmwood Cemetery in Choctaw.
