Wanda June Green died at her residence in MWC May 31, 1996, following a long illness. Wanda was born Nov. 2, 1935 to Beulah & Emmett Henry of OKC. At the age of 18 months, she was adopted by E.V. & Nancy Carter. She was employed by the federal government for 20 years. In her retirement, she enjoyed working for DAV and VVA. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and beloved dog, Marty. A special thank you to Dr. Anthony Czerwinski and staff, also, the staff at Midwest Regional Dialysis for their patience and kindness in her care.

Survivors include: daughters, Nancy Murray of OKC & Melody Cuff of Sarasota, Fl; and granddaughters, Angela Murray & Sylvia Cuff; also an aunt, Cecil Hulsey of Hollis & uncles, Floyd Carter of Altus, and Ford Carter of Floydada, TX.

Services will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, Southern Hills Baptist Church, Red Chapel. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery at Choctaw , Ok. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Oklahoma.
