Leon Duel Lowe, age 72, of Choctaw , OK, passed away November
10, 2007 at Kindred Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK. He was born
on February 17, 1935 to Grady and Lula (Cleveland) Lowe in Hoyt,
Oklahoma.
He married Norma (Bratton) in Oklahoma City, on June
3, 1956. Leon retired from Fred Jones Manufacturing Company in
1997. He was a "family man" who loved spending time with his
family.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Michael Lowe and
sister, Mary Lou Buchanan.
Survivors include his wife, Norma;
two daughters, Linda Smith and husband Ken of Choctaw, Rhonda
Hand and husband Jerry of Nicoma Park; one grandson, David Wood
and wife Amanda of Nicoma Park; two granddaughters, Rebekah
Smith and husband Jeramey of Edmond and Rachel Hand and fiance'
Keith Rapson of Del City; three great- grandchildren, Kaylee,
Shaun, and Allen Smith; also four brothers, Leland, Harvey,
Kenneth, and James Lowe; and four sisters, Nevada Rodgers,
Mildred Armstrong, Marlene Spears, and Brenda Smith.
A graveside
service will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, November 14, 2007,
at Elmwood Cemetery in Choctaw , OK.
