Jo Faye Maddox, age 69, OKC, died Thursday, Nov. 5, 1987. She was born Dec. 1, 1917 and had been a lifelong resident of OKC.

Survivors include 2 sons, Michael Huckaby of Los Alamitos, Ca. and John Maddox of OKC; a brother, Carl Shadrick and a sister, Margaret Canfield , both of OKC; and 6 grand-children.

Services will be at 11 am Saturday in the Resurrection Cemetery Chapel. Arrangements with Guardian Midtown Funeral Home.
